Terms & Conditions

To secure your spot on a Uni Waves Getaway, you must pay a deposit of £179 per person.
Once we receive your deposit (or full payment), your booking is officially confirmed.
Full payment for the trip is £550 per person, collected automatically in two instalments: £185 on 1st February and £186 on 1st March. By booking, you authorise us to take these payments automatically.
A late payment fee of £35 applies if payments are not received on time.

Prices are based on triple sharing rooms (3 guests per room).
We do not provide flights, airport transfers, or transport at any time. Guests are responsible for travel to and from accommodation and events.
Rooms and facilities are provided as described; no additional services beyond the itinerary are guaranteed.

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.
One person’s actions can affect the entire group. If a guest misbehaves, the group may be removed from accommodation or events.
Any damage caused to property must be reported; charges may apply.
We aim to provide a safe, fun environment; disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

The trip includes a wide range of events: BCM, MCP, Gringos, Oceans, boat parties, pool parties, volleyball, football, beer pong, and other excursions.
We reserve the right to cancel or move events due to weather or operational reasons.
- Example: boat parties or pool parties may be cancelled if it rains, and sports activities such as volleyball or football may be moved or cancelled.
Guests will not receive refunds for cancelled events, but alternatives may be offered.
Participation in events is at your own risk.

Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests.
Insurance must cover illness, accidents, cancellations, loss/theft of belongings, and other unexpected events.
You must organise insurance before travelling. Uni Waves Getaways is not responsible for costs or losses not covered by insurance.

Deposits and full payments are fully refundable within 14 days of payment.
After this period, guests may change the name on a booking for an administration fee of £25–£75, depending on timing.
No other refunds will be issued for cancellations. Guests may try to sell their place, but Uni Waves Getaways will not refund unsold spots.

Uni Waves Getaways cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to property during your stay or at events.
Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
By attending, guests acknowledge the risks of travel and group activities and agree to follow staff instructions.

We collect personal data for bookings (name, university, society, contact details).
Data is stored securely and used solely for the purposes of organising the trip.
We will not share your information with third parties except for safety or legal reasons.

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, natural disasters, closures, or government restrictions) that may affect the trip.
Events may be cancelled, rescheduled, or relocated under these circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary for operational or safety reasons.
Guests will be notified of changes where possible, but no compensation will be offered for minor adjustments.

Accommodation, rooms, and events are as described and included in your trip package.
We do not provide transport at any point.
Guests are expected to follow instructions from Uni Waves staff and respect all venues and local laws.
