Between us, we’ve got the island knowledge, the UK connections, and the creative spark to make this Easter sports tour the best week of your year.
Conor Murphy – Director
Conor has been based in Mallorca for over 10 years and has pretty much seen it all – the good nights, the messy mornings, and everything in between. A Nottingham Trent graduate, he’s the organiser who makes sure the trip runs smoothly while still finding time to enjoy the chaos. He’s serious about giving students an unforgettable experience, but not so serious that you won’t catch him leading the charge at 3am.
Benjamin Myers – Director
Ben is the UK half of Uni Waves and the guy with university links up and down the country. An award-winning entrepreneur with businesses already under his belt, he brings the strategy, connections, and big-picture thinking that keep the whole operation moving. He and Conor have been building things together for over 15 years, and Uni Waves is the latest – and easily the most fun – chapter in that story.
Mia Woodward – Content Queen
If it’s on Instagram and it looks good, chances are Mia made it happen. After two years creating content for MCP in Mallorca, she’s mastered the art of capturing those “this is the best week of my life” moments. Whether she’s behind the camera or in the middle of the dancefloor, Mia knows how to make Uni Waves look and feel epic. She’s fun, creative, and a little dangerous after a few Pornstar Martinis – but that’s exactly why we love her. Bonus: she’s also a lash tech, so if the girls need a mid-trip glow-up, she’s got it covered.
Helen Julia – Head Rep & On-Site Support
The legend, the myth, the party-starter. Helen has been part of the Magaluf scene for over 6 years and knows the resort inside out. Based in Birmingham now, she flies back to make sure every single Uni Waves guest feels included, supported, and hyped for the week. She’s always the last one home, always the first one up, and somehow still has energy left to look after everyone. Oh, and if you meet Henny, her dog named after her favourite drink, Hennessy & Coke, you’ll instantly understand why she’s the life and soul of the party.
